by commissioning me, you are stating that you have read and agreed to these terms. please read this thoroughly, and have the pose/idea and character(s) in mind before placing a commission.
please make sure you have permission to commission the character if it belongs to someone else.
if a character's copyright does not belong to you (both real person and fictional characters), make sure your commission doesn't violate any boundaries of the person who the character belongs to / represents.

first and foremost, if you do wish to repost my art to your social media, please upload the version with a watermark UNALTERED and properly credit me !
1. i can turn down your commission request before payment no harsh feelings !! sometimes there are things i just dont want to draw !!
2. please discuss commercial usage beforehand by default, my prices are set for non-commercial purposes ! commercial pieces will have additional fees depending on its use - the only thing off limits is reselling my art and passing it off as your own !
3. please state whether you want your commission to be private or public i use previous commissions as samples ! if you wish to keep it private, please tell me !
4. i dont take upfront payments i only take payments after sketch or after i've finished the commission
5. my works cannot be used for NFTs or AI training. do not modify my works to include or spread misinformation and/or hateful content.ETA (estimated arrival time): 2 weeks - 1 month depending on commission complexityany questions relating to usage of my art should be asked before placing a commission.
any violations of my terms of service will result in a permanent blacklist.

commission procedure:
payments are only taken in full after sketch or upon completion
if, after the sketch approval, the artist cancels your fully paid commission, you are entitled to 60% compensation
refunds will not be accepted after the commission has been completed
